A Karate Pate` series prequel, this one ties into the events of Karate Pate` 3, where Beta Quan met and then killed his formerly retarded brother Jimmy. This movie illustrates backstory that Jimmy gives in his speech from part 3. In it, he is an agent of the Sixteen Dragons. He and his partner are attempting to interrogate and bust a crusty old sea man with strange powers. Things are complicated by the appearance of the sea man's daughter, Marie du Loque Antoinette. Jimmy falls in love with her, his target, and is faced with the decision of destiny or duty...
