Promo: Delusions of Grandeur (1999 version)
The second generic Delusions of Grandeur promo, it is basically the same as the first except that it was expanded to include all the new members and new movies that had been shot. It also unveiled the second of the three Delusions logos.

KBVR Commercial: Somewhere

The final in the series of Pet Shop Boys music video montages, this one was pretty unpopular. Cut to the PSB's cover of the West Side Story song, it showed clips of mostly Delusions and NWMorose, since those were pretty much the only shows producing episodes on a regular basis. Bloopers from the news and the station manager in a Batman costume were tossed in for good measure.

KBVR Commercials: Something New
A series of three commercials, these were produced by Alan and Warren for their computer animation class. They created a 3D KBVR logo in OpenGL and edited together these commercials around that logo. Two of the commercials featured hyperkinetic editing of clips already seen in Se A Vida E, and the last is a screensave-style promo featuring only the logo on different backgrounds. These commercials won Alan and Warren quite the bizarre, incoherent, admonishing (they think) lecture from the class instructor. They still passed the class.

Trailer: Dead Air
The first Bravado trailer, it's something of a classic now. In it, the slasher is introdcuced to the sound of Carmina Burana. Edited in under an hour, the clip was extremely popular and was very helpful in making the movie as popular as it was.

KBVR Commercial: Se A Vida E

Easily the most popular of the Pet Shop Boys music montages, this was a nice sunny counterpoint to the It's a Sin Video, which kicked off the same episode of The Best of KBVR-TV. It features a nice variety of clips, and new footage of Warren, ErinG and Renee bellydancing (or something) together.

KBVR Commercial: It's a Sin

When it came time to make the 'best of' compilation for the winter 1999 term at KBVR, it was a difficult proposition. A censorship battle was raging because of KShawn's controversial Got Milk? sketch, invoking memories of the previous battle over Doin' the Spice. Alan kicked off the compilation with this video, featuring clips of every offensive KBVR production he could find. Warren appears in this video in his 'prophet' costume as well. This one doesn't get played too often anymore, which is kind of a shame.

KBVR Commercial: I Wouldn't Normally Do This Kind of Thing
The Best of KBVR-TV hit its stride with this promo, again edited to the Pet Shop Boys song. Not much else to say about it. Alan stayed up for three days straight editing the video in time for the party. Stew Young tried to assist Alan, but in trying to keep up with him he aggravated a cold he was getting over into pneumonia. Happy story to go along with a happy video.

KBVR Commercial: Explosive

A short and simple one-off KBVR commercial, it featured.... stuff blowing up. And other clips. And random things. And... stuff.

Promo: Down With the Iceman

Shot at the taping of our episode guest starring Vanilla Ice, Rob was kind enough to do a commercial for the show. He beatboxes his way through a bit of Havin' a Roni, then for some reason gets confused and calls Delusions a radio show. Oh well, still one of my all-time favorites.

Promo: The Emergency Wookiee Broadcasting System
Produced at the height of the Star Wars Stop-Motion Theater's popularity, this one features Han and Chewie doing a rather funny parody of those old emergency broadcast system PSAs. Go download it, it's worth it.

KBVR Commercial: Shameless

No, this doesn't have anything to do with the current KBVR show of the same name (though, in part because of this video, Paul recycled the title for his show). The very first Pet Shop Boys music montage, it capped off a very successful first episode of The Best of KBVR-TV. Filled mostly with bloopers, it was played pretty much to death over the next couple years.

Promo: Delusions of Grandeur (original version)

The first official Bravado promo, it was part of a series of promos that all of the new blood at KBVR did to promote their shows. It eventually became the open for the show.

Promo: NorthWest Morose
The famous first collaboration between KShawn and Alan (with Charles Lind in tow), this was a promo to announce the coming of Northwest Morose. It featured Alan and former Delusions co-host Jason running across the quad chasing a guy. Alan cut the long-form promo down to a shorter, more action-oriented commercial for use in episode 8 of Delusions.
